The Allscripts referral management solution will enable Golden LivingCenters to connect electronically with caregivers and case managers in thousands of US hospitals, including several hundred hospitals that use the web-based Allscripts Care Management solution to manage care and find locations for patients requiring additional care.
Using Allscripts, Golden LivingCenters will be able to receive and respond instantly to electronic patient referrals from hospitals. Allscripts will deploy the web-based solution for Golden LivingCenters over the next 90 days.
Allscripts post-acute solutions enable care facilities to track all patient referrals in a single system. Customers automatically receive and respond to referrals from hospitals, enter referrals from non-electronic sources, and collect important marketing information. Allscripts also enables clients to manage tasks involved in the intake process, generate business letters and documents, and send referrals to the next appropriate level of care.
