Hotel Indigo Shanghai, located on the Huangpu Riverfront, is the first Hotel Indigo in the Asia Pacific region. It is scheduled for opening by end of 2010.
HBA are set to create a fresh look with the 180-room hotel, incorporating new technology. The Indigo brand is aimed at upscale travelers to offer them an enriching experience in Asia Pacific cities.
The design targets the new generation of travelers, delivering environmentally conscious designs and also offers cultural experiences of Shiliu Pu in Shanghai.
The ‘Interpret Indigo’ design concept will be used by HBA to create an atmosphere reflecting the local culture of Shiliu Pu, Shanghai.
The design of the hotel is inspired by nature, and will bring in the vibrant character of the city, while maintaining privacy for guests.
