The makeover project will undertake complete remodeling of the exterior and interior of the store, says Amy Wyatt-Moore, a Wal-Mart spokeswoman.

The interior will feature a new layout for easy shopping experience. Every department will receive improvements and updates. Several departments will be expanded, including electronics, seasonal merchandise, and the fresh food and dairy departments.

The exterior of the shop will sport new painting, and an updated Wal-Mart logo will be installed.

The store will remain open during the renovation project, which is part of the company’s plan to remodel about 80% of its existing stores within the next seven years.

Wal-Mart operates retail stores in various formats worldwide, providing an assortment of merchandise and services. Wal-Mart is the largest private employer in the world and the largest grocery retailer in the US.
