Kimball’s Fluent and interstuhl lines are designed to offer workplace functional solutions that are both stylish and innovative. Designed by David Allan Pesso, Fluent’s configurable components are adaptable to changing floor plans. Contemporary spaces with varied surface material options are integrated to coordinate with Kimball Office’s existing products.

Pesso’s design is influenced by contemporary European, German, and Japanese architecture and design. Fluent office desk system features crisp geometric angles with a visual sense of airiness. Fluent helps to rearrange areas with mobile components and removable overheads.

Fluent is designed using EPA Design for the Environment (DfE) standards and LEED protocols. The Fluent line is certified to meet the USGBC LEED IAQ requirements and features Pura, Kimball Office’s proprietary UV finish. The product is also BIFMA-certified and offersan option of FSC certified wood in support of USGBC LEED MRc7 for certified wood.

Kimball Office interstuhl, collaboration between Kimball Office and Germany’s leading seating companies, Interstuhl Büromöbel GmbH has introduced a line of six chairs. The new line is designed with natural human movement in mind.

Interstuhl Silver chair was named the Best of NeoCon 2005, and won the International Red Dot Design Award in 2008. Other workplace furniture that were on display are Mitos chair featuring transmotion mechanism, Hero with weight adjustment mechanism, Axos with pneumatic seat-height adjustment, Xantos that can be put to multi-purpose uses, and Fit featuring Trevira mesh fabric.
