The yacht features a hydraulic swim platform and a high tech Microsoft ‘Surface’, which is a multi-touch tactile interface allowing online connection either when traveling or staying aboard.
Three particular and unique features as stated by Blue Coast Yachts are its light carbon/epoxy sandwich construction, innovative hull design to promote sailing performance and an efficient rigging plan.
Light carbon/epoxy sandwich construction has been used which was preceded by a study of the Finite Elements Analysis (FEA). The yacht’s hull has been designed to offer maximum sailing performance. The rigging plan combines a main sail, a self-tacking jib, a gennaker and an additional storm jib-all of which are mounted on a rotating carbon mast. This enables the vessel to attain cruising speeds of 18 knots and 25 knots at maximum speed.
The twin 380 HP Cummins diesel engines of the yacht enable it to achieve speeds above 15 knots.
The yacht features a double helm station, self-tacking jib, a canoe-type boom designed by Jean-Jacques Coste and rotating mast. A spacious aft area is incorporated into the design along with a shaded overhang.
Interior and exterior lounges are linked by sliding doors, and if kept opened it gives space for a spacious salon. The top deck features sufficient space for sunbathing and relaxing on the sofa and the space can also be used for al fresco dinning. The 13 meter beam and tall handrails on the side decks of the yacht provide safety.
The interior design has been inspired by Indonesian style homes. Mahogany and sycamore have been used for making panels. The main and aft lounges are located on the main deck. The starboard has are two guest cabins with bathrooms and another cabin for the crew.
