Kitchens.com has come out with their annual color trend feature page, and 2009 seems to be the year for brighter shades. The Color in 2009 highlights bright shades of yellow, splashes of red and orange, muted grays, shades of purple and mauve, as the must have colors for kitchen decorators.
The online kitchen resource site collaborated with Pantone Color Institute, and Sherwin Williams to compile the list of shades that they predict will be in vogue in 2009.
