Spread over a floor area of 4299 square meters, the car park is located on a sloping landscape. Paved landscaping and trees have been incorporated into the surrounding site, creating additional public space.
The architects have added architectural and urban elements to this parking space, making it a registered entity in the landscape. The main focus of design was to optimize the space of the site. The slope and a wide zone filled with trees are the main advantages of the site. The architects also incorporated notions of flexibility and environmental functionality in the design. The wooden exterior skin is a major characteristic of the structure.
The parking space was estimated to be constructed at a cost of EUR3700, 000 trillion ($4.69 million).
