The proposed 72,400 square feet office plaza will be located on a seven-acre site on County Road 46A. Construction is expected to begin by late 2009.

The project will be designed to meet US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification.

The facility will leave 0% carbon footprints. It will be equipped with solar energy, an HVAC system providing 100% fresh air to each floor and state of the art technology to allow each tenant to meter and monitor power usage.

The project’s civil engineer will be Langan Engineering and Environmental Services in Tallahassee, the architect will be Gensler and the general contractor, PCL Construction Services.
