The company has been investing an average of $1 million every year for the purpose of renovation in order to enhance the property.
The improvements have been done in the complex’s main lobby and concourse, where in full-height mahogany wall panels, satin aluminum reveals, acoustical tile ceilings with architectural, energy-efficient pendant lighting have been installed. Among the other features are the 32 inch touch screen directories and digital LCD screens displaying The Wall Street Journal Office Network with up-to-the-minute news, market indexes, weather and other information.
Renovation of the complex’s second lobby and additional improvements are scheduled to begin this fall.
