The most notable design aspect of the new housing project is the windows that resemble gild picture frames. Designed by Professor Anders Wilhelmson, the complex overlooks the sea in Helsingborg, Sweden.
This spacious upper-end housing scheme features two houses, both with six stories. About 14 apartments are arranged in a 100-170 square meter space.
The building features enameled façade panels in glossy white color. The window frames are made in cast aluminum and they are gold leaf plated. The project is scheduled for planning decision by October 2009.
The housing project is being developed for Helsingborg for HSB Nordvastra Skane – the Swedish full-service property management company.
