The new sales division will capitalize on HOM’s inventory strength and the resource of a global buying team. Judy Lucas will spearhead this new contract and commercial sales group, which involves providing professional sales and design services to the resort/hotel/lodging, restaurant/foodservice, membership/country clubs and corporate business communities. Capabilities range from designing and remodeling a single-person business to a large resort or rapidly-growing company, and reach organizations in the Upper Midwest as well as across the nation.
A team of ASID-certified designers will assist Lucas with client needs and projects in key furniture categories like patio and outdoor, sofas and chairs, office furniture, indoor dining, pub tables and stools, area rugs and mattresses.
Since 1993, Lucas has focused on building customer relationships and servicing commercial accounts. Lucas is a member of the Builders Association of Twin Cities, Minnesota Housing Association, the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and Hospitality Minnesota’s Restaurant Association, Lodging Association and Resort & Campground Association.
