The 430,000 square feet is comprised of 27 projects which include adaptive reuse, LEED certified, historic renovations, mission critical and projects contributing to the economic development of the Sharp-Leadenhall community of Baltimore in Mary land.

The completed projects include 100,000 square feet of of tenant fit-out work, 15 projects for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT), which included commercial medical, office and specialty space; 100,000 square feet of adaptive re-use project at Baltimore workforce center for national engineering and integration firm, which also received the LEED certification; a project covering a total space of 75,000 square feet at the University of Maryland’s Medical Center Administrative Offices in which Notari provided the planning, design, and relocation support for 200 employees from multiple administrative offices.

It also completed about 60,000 square feet at the David D. Green Professional Office building in association with the Schaefer Construction to create a 3-story medical office space; 20,000 square feet and 170 person turn-key relocation for University of Maryland’s University Physicians’ administrative offices; 12,000 square feet for three M&T Bank branches located in Bowie, Glen Burnie and Odenton, including two free-standing buildings; 10,000 square feet adaptive re-use tier-III Co-Location data center project and 7,000 square feet of adaptive re-use for Baltimore-based law office of Meringer, Zois & Quigg.
