The New York office will have a ‘smart wall’ with touch screen monitors where customers can ask questions about their specific tax situation. Clients can also print tax tips and a tax preparation check-list through this touch-screen wall.
H&R Block, which deals in banking, business services, tax preparation and investments, said that it will open nine other new offices in New York in 2010.
