Once complete, the project will feature two new three-story outpatient buildings along the northern end of the hospital campus, three new five-story inpatient towers next to existing hospital buildings on the southern end, and a large emergency department on the east side of the facility. A 400-car parking structure will also be constructed along the southern end of the campus.

The Phase 1A of the project will include the construction of one outpatient pavilion, which will be having surgery department, kidney stone center, physical therapy and administration department. It will take 18 to 24 months for completion.By that time the hospital will go through the approval process, which includes state reviews for the first of the new inpatient buildings to be built as part of Phase 1B.

Construction is expected to start in 2010 or 2011 and is slated to be complete by 2030.
