The huge skyscraper is designed to house mobile prefab units. It starts from an empty metallic structure equipped with rails on each floor. Each floor can carry a maximum of six independent units. These units can be inserted or removed without interfering with the neighbors and offers a shelter with mobility and freedom. The mobile living units are made of a steel frame structure, vertical walls and floor in OSB with thermo-acoustic insulation.
The most distinctive feature of this futuristic concept is its portability. The user can remove his/her house from place to place, plugging it into a form of vertical trailer park. The individual living units feature windows in tempered glass, green roofs and walls and can be aligned according to the need. A water recycling system is also featured to reduce the use of freshwater.
