The new space maximising Expanse bath is designed by blending both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The unique bowed apron adds six inches to the bath at its widest point, creating plenty of extra soaking room without increasing its five feet footprint. Kohler has introduced the new bath as a suitable choice for remodelling.
The curved apron is an innovative design that bows out 18.75% further than the standard alcove width, thereby providing an additional 15.24cm at the apex. Kohler has also introduced the Expanse Curtain Rod, which shrinks at the same dimensions. The curved apron, besides being a contemporary design aesthetic, also adds functionality by maximizing alcove spaces.
The Expanse bath features soft design lines and a wider than normal top and bottom bath well that forms a pillowed square. A 43.18cm-stepover threshold allows for easy entry and exit for people of all ages and statures. Comprised of acrylic, the bath is available in three colours: White, Almond, and Biscuit.
