The One Airport Square project will comprise office as well as retail area. The complex will also incorporate a European style public square consisting of cafes, shops and bars. It will also consist of 250 car parking spaces.
The multi-purpose building will be in keeping with various sustainable features to enhance eco-friendliness. Other features include full fire sprinkler provision and installation of advanced systems to capture rain water for reuse in non-potable activities. The building is expected to be Ghana’s first ‘green’ certified building.
The project funded by Actis is scheduled to commence in September 2011 and be completed within two years.
