The 182-room, five-star facility includes eight executive suites and one presidential suite. It houses four dining and entertainment options donning a 1920s look, the Italian Mezzaluna, the 24-hour My Place restaurant, and the Japanese Perfect Sky lounge in addition to the Obsidian bar. The building features a floor exclusively for banqueting including a ballroom with seven meeting rooms to facilitate social events and meetings.

The structure comprises a wellness facility, Sohum Spa, comprising five treatment rooms which provides various traditional Indian, Oriental and European healing therapies. The facility ‘s design resembles South India’s Hindu temple architecture.

The hotel features a fitness centre on its 12th level which is equipped with advanced equipments as well as comprises rooms exclusively for Yoga and meditation. The centre also allow glimpses of the city. Further, the second floor of the building accommodates a 20m-long swimming pool with infinity edge.
