Developed by Lawrence group, the 23-storey facility has been transformed into high-rise apartments. The renovation has reinvented the classic 1920’s Art Deco building by restoring period ceiling in the lobby with rich wood paneling.
It features 230 apartment units with one and two bedrooms, townhomes, penthouses and suites. It also features 10,000 square feet of amenity area with a wood panelled movie room and an advanced 3,000 square foot fitness centre equipped with modern equipments which will offer panaromic views of the city. The wood panelling details are also featured in the clubroom area.
Amenities including 24/7 security, Wi-fi rooms, Pet spa and grooming area, Bicycle storage, rooftop wading pool and a grilling space will be available at the revamped apartment. Other features of the building include office area spanning 45,000 square feet along with a parking lot with a capacity of 580.
The apartments incorporate various high-end appliances including LG Premium ENERGY STAR washer & dryer, polished granite kitchen countertop, stainless steel appliances, ceramic cooktop, high end maple cabinetry with Espresso finish, travertine tile shower and bathroom floor.
The facility is slated to be the largest residential building to open in downtown St. Louis in a period of 50 years.
