Work included a complete refurbishment of the facility’s 633 guest rooms. The upgraded guest rooms now feature new 42” flat screen televisions and mini-refrigerators. The granite-surfaced work desk of the rooms is now equipped with easy-access electrical outlets. All the rooms are adorned with local photography.
The bathrooms of the facility have undergone a facelift too and are now fitted with granite countertops, improved lighting system as well as new shower curtains.
Further, some of the building’s guestrooms have been converted to pure allergy friendly rooms to facilitate allergic patients. These rooms go through an additional six-step process cleanliness protocol which leads to improved air quality in the rooms. The project also includes renovations to the hotel’s corridors and elevator landings.
Amenities at the hotel now include , 70,000 square feet of function space including a ballroom, a heated pool, a fitness centre, a full service restaurant and bar and a full business centre.
