The four-storey store spans over an area of 35,000 square feet. It features light-box window displays in colourful shades. The look is accentuated by presence of seven feet statues of M&M’s characters and a 1963 London double-decker bus with large interactive screens. A large red-coloured staircase is positioned in the facility’s centre. The staircase is lit up by M&M’s-like tiered chandeliers sporting various tones along with a custom-made Union Jack created from sweets of the brand.

The entire store is adorned with life-size replicas of different characters of the brand. It includes the interactive Wall of Chocolate with over 100 clear tube dispensers containing 22 colours of milk chocolate and peanut M&M’s allowing customers to create their own selection. The store also consists of the M&MScope which serves as an interactive video connection to all floors, while providing views of M&M’S Mixologists at work.

The facility enables glimpses of the characters through installation of several large video screens throughout, an animated backdrop space as well as an in-store zebra crossing. In addition, there are M&M’s personalised Character Worlds demarcated as Red, Yellow, Green, Blue and Orange which allows customers to visit different characters.
