The new apartments are meant to facilitate Phoenix residents with low and middle income, and veterans. The complex will accommodate sixty apartments consisting of one-, two-, as well as three- bedroom units.

The units will incorporate a host of facilities such as ceiling fans, in-unit full size washer and dryer, a kitchen fitted with latest amenities, as well as a private patio or balcony. Additional amenities include a clubhouse consisting of a community room, a free fitness centre dedicated for its residents, playground, a computer centre offering internet service, and carports.

The project has received contributions from various sources including the Bank of America, The Arizona Department of Housing, and the City of Phoenix. Work is slated for completion by the second half of 2012.
