The hotel comprises 112 large residential-style guestrooms and suites which have all been upgraded as part of the project. The rooms now incorporate a modern style with use of contemporary furnishings and bold shades. The revamped rooms have also been equipped with deluxe bedding, televisions measuring 37 inches, and improved bathrooms. The facility’s kitchens feature countertops in granite as well as appliances made in stainless steel following the facelift.

The public space of the remodelled hotel features a mixed-use area and has installed advanced applications to facilitate informal meetings as well as social events. The lounge space has now been fitted with high-definition TVs and provides free wireless internet service. The redesigned building also houses private studies.

Plans are also on to convert the hotel’s outdoor area into open-air living rooms. The living rooms will be equipped with comfortable seating facilities.
