The meeting facilities in the event spaces of the hotel have been equipped with new carpeting, vinyl, new lighting and sound systems following the facelift. The remodelled building has also incorporated 1000 new banquet chairs as well as digital door signage. Further, the restrooms for meeting areas have also been given an overhaul as part of the project.
Upgrades to the hotel’s Aquaterra restaurant is scheduled to commence by early January 2012. The food and beverage sections will open up to the large great room post revamp work. The redesigned restaurant will possess a seat capacity of 147 and will feature a pair of new private dining rooms to facilitate intimate events.
