Featuring 243 guest rooms and suites and 245 private residences, the resort built at the Village of Bal Harbour, consists of three all-glass towers that rise 27-storeys above the beach. The hotel has seven categories of rooms, which include a Presidential Suite. The rooms vary in size between 650 square feet to 2,800 square feet. Every guestroom features a large balcony overlooking the ocean.

The residences are beachfront, one to five bedroom homes that vary in size between 1,700 square feet to 6,800 square feet and have kitchens, private balconies and large outdoor living area. The interiors of the resort have been done by Yabu Pushelberg and features one-of-a-kind West African Movinque wood and Chinese God Flower Stone marble, which has been exclusively commissioned for the resort.

The resort also has 14,000 square feet of Remède Spa which has 12 treatment rooms, a full-service salon, men’s and women’s lounges, sauna and steam rooms, and an advanced fitness center overlooking the ocean. The other amenities include an on-site Children’s Club for young guests.

The resort also offers about 11,200 square feet as meeting facilities, which includes indoor meeting and event space. The resort features the 7800 square feet Astor ballroom, which can double as space for organizing meeting or special events. The third floor of the resort houses boardrooms, which vary in size between 250 square feet to 450 square feet.
