The facility, located on a 145-acre area, will house a total of 315 rooms including 24 suites. The rooms will range between 50 and 250 square metres with each featuring balconies. The resort will also sport a mixed-use function area spanning over 2525 square metres and several pavilions to host conferences, meetings and social events.
The facility will feature CHI, The Spa. It will consist of ten treatment rooms, a beauty salon, as well as health club. A dive centre, a club for kids, a 30-metre lap pool, freeform pool, a pair of tennis courts and retail facilities are among the other features of the resort.
In addition, the resort will incorporate a variety of food and beverage joints. They include a lobby lounge, an all day dining restaurant, Asian specialty and North Indian restaurants, two pool bars, and Golf clubhouse lounge.
Further, the facility will offer a green take by using solar energy to meet its water heating needs. An Eco Centre will also be constructed on site to educate guests, staff, and local school children on aspects of environmental awareness.
The facility is slated for completion by 2014.
