The hotel houses a total of 370 rooms including 18 suites. The rooms start from 34 square metres while the suites range from 80 square metres for the Executive suites to 231 square metres for the Presidential Suite. All the rooms have been designed to allow views of the surrounding landscape.
The facility also comprises five flexible and interconnected meeting rooms. Its Signature Ballroom, spanning 1688 square metres, is the largest ballroom in Dalian and can be divided into three segments. The ballroom will don an open-plan concept and will be devoid of pillars. The property will also sport a business centre.
The property will comprise five on-site restaurant and bar areas including the The Square on the ground floor, Dong Bei Street, and Genji Restaurant. Among its other features are a heated indoor swimming pool measuring 250 metres, an advanced fitness centre, and the private all-suite Chinese sauna-styled spa.
