The new facility, spanning over an area of 84,000 square feet, will be constructed in phases. It will primarily focus on neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, as well as neuro/spine surgery services. The centre will also provide bariatric surgery, and pain management surgery. In addition, it will function as a teaching institution for innovative surgeries.
The new property will comprise 25 spacious patient suites with concierge services, six large surgical suites, as well as three special procedure rooms. The interior of the building will sport 10,000 square feet of clinic space.
The centre is scheduled to complete construction by early 2013.
