Creekshire Estates is located in southwest Charlotte near the Steele Creek area and Lake Wylie. The new model home has been designed by Chicago-based design firm Mary Cook Associates.
The new home, from a plan called The Pierre C, comprises a pantry with wine storage, guest suite, and large deck which links to the master bedroom. The lower level of the facility dons a family entertainment area including game room with pool table, as well as walk-up bar. The building’s lower level also houses a bedroom, study, and second large deck. The new facility has option for up to five bedrooms, three full baths, two-car garage, covered porch, bedrooms with tray ceilings, and ample storage space.
The home incorporates a chic colour scheme sporting grey tones with chartreuse accents. In addition, it is Energy Star-certified and is expected to reap energy cost cuts of up to 30%.
