The original 95 units of the property have undergone an overhaul as part of the project. All its common areas have been refurbished too. A total of 42 units of the building have now been built in a new adjacent structure above its parking space facing Farmington Avenue. All the 137 units of the facility are targeted at people aged 55 years or more and/or disabled households.

Every unit of the building is climate-controlled and incorporates standard appliances and call-for aid alarms. The facility has now been equipped with security cameras, keyless building entry, as well as a video entry system. Among the various features of the complex include onsite laundry facilities, game and community rooms, elevators, an outdoor green area and walkway, and onsite parking lot.

The project has been financed through Low Income Housing Tax Credit/Exchange funds, a loan from the Connecticut Housing and Finance Authority, and Department of Economic and Community Development HOME funds.
