The Founder’s Hall broke ground on August 26, 2010 and is located on 662 acre-area which has been transferred from the US Army to The Texas A&M University System on 4 September 2009. The facility covers an area of 103,000 square feet housing classroom space, a lecture hall, a campus bookstore, and administrative offices. It offers student services, enrollment services, and support services.
The second building will span 125,500 square feet. It will house the Library, Counseling Centre, Career Services, School of Education, Social Work Programme, Distributed Learning and Instructional Technology. The property will also feature additional classroom and laboratory space.
