Designed by BGO Architects, the pipeline scheme will be developed at the southeast corner of East 11th Street and Interstate 35 in Austin. The four-level podium style building will be built over a two-storey parking structure.
The building will offer 257 residential units, which will be a mix of studio, loft, one and two-bedroom units. Each unit will be complete with high quality interior finishes. The company has roped in Leslie Fossler Interiors to create the interiors of the building.
The Eleven will offer a plethora of amenities for the residents, which include a resort-style pool, rooftop deck, courtyard with outdoor living area, upscale clubhouse, executive business centre, and advanced fitness facilities.
Construction of the building will adhere to sustainable building practices, with a target to receive certification by the Austin Energy Green Building programme.
