Designed exclusively for the authorised builder of the company in New England, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania regions of the US, the new series is a collection of four premium built homes, varying in area in the range of 1,300 to 1,700 square feet.
The new homes are single-storey structures, which boasts of an open plan layout. The design of the new homes is inspired by the handcrafted arts and design movement of the late 19th century. The design of the Westchester Craftsman Series is a cusp of handcrafted charm of yesteryears and contemporary requirements of open floor plans, modern amenities and high quality construction.
The new ranch homes have three bedroom, two bath floor plans and a kitchen. The striking elements of the new homes include large front porches, 9/12 roof pitches, architectural shingles, dormers, and an abundance of natural light. The homes are both functional and spacious and give a feel of cottages.
