Hotel Luca’s architecture will be a classic two-story Italian design. The facility will feature 20 rooms.

Hotel Luca’s managing partner David Fink said that the hotel will be designed to complement the local area – the Napa Valley. The al-fresco dining area surrounded by olive trees will overlook a courtyard with a fountain.

The 90-seat restaurant Cantinetta Piero will feature contemporary Italian decor and cuisine. Piero will feature a 15-feet brick ceiling held by large beams. The rooftops of the hotel feature 200-year old tiles from the town of Lucca, Italy. All the rooms will be equipped with flat-screen TVs, music systems and recessed lighting. The rooms will be adorned by dark-toned furnishings. Fireplaces and balconies will also be featured in some of the rooms.

A warm-water massaging pool, as well as a regular pool for swimming will feature outside the hotel. The Luca Spa will include a Zen Garden and a lavender-saltwater soaking pool with a water wall and fireplace.
