The facility, spanning 120,400 square feet, is slated to be the largest one of the brand. It houses a substantive spare parts unit, a workshop, an interactive zone for customers as well as a space dedicated for approved pre-owned vehicles.

The showroom has incorporated a host of green features. Its lighting systems are Lux sensor-controlled which allows the fixtures to disseminate lighting depending on the intensity level of natural light. Presence of LED adds to the sustainability by further reducing energy usage. The building is also equipped with several skylights to optimise natural light penetration throughout its interior as well as slash the heat load of its air-conditioning unit.

The exterior of the building is clad in superior-quality glass. The glass cuts down heat gain which in turn reduces the amount of energy consumed by its air conditioning system. In addition, the air conditioning installed in the facility utilises carbon dioxide sensors to keep a check on the air quality to allow maximum fresh air inflow.

Other eco-friendly features of the showroom include purification and reclaimation of 69% of its car wash water via a water recycling plant, recycling of its cars’ waste oils, and installation of Building Management Systems to monitor its electrical and mechanical units.
