The prototype hotel will feature 64 guest rooms and suites with contemporary furnishings. AmericInn will introduce a new open lobby concept that incorporates a beverage bar and breakfast dining area. Additional amenities include an indoor pool, business center and meeting room.
The lobby will offer an open and comfortable multi-functional environment with wide-screen televisions and complimentary wireless internet connectivity.
The hotel is being constructed with special energy conservation features including motion-monitoring energy management systems in all guestrooms, high efficiency windows, energy efficient construction and interior placement of the swimming pool to retain heat.
The hotel is expected to open in March 2012.
