Beynon Sports Surfaces will install three IAAF-certified sport surfaces as a part of the renovation project of TTC. The BSS 1000 13mm track and field surface are installed on the oval and throw area. The tennis courts and sprint area have been resurfaced with the BSS 2000 and the jogging lanes were upgraded to the BSS 3000.

The Track and Tennis Center (TTC) contains a banked six-lane 200m indoor track, an exterior flat jogging lane, a throwing area, four tennis or basketball courts, golf range, aerobics space, and locker rooms. Built in 2002, the TCC needed upgrades as their current sport surfaces had begun to decline with the shock absorption, colour, and luster of surfaces faltering.

Beynon Sports Surfaces was founded by John T. Beynon with the vision of creating the highest-performance synthetic surfaces designed for speed and competition, as well as daily training. In 2008, Beynon Sports Surfaces joined the Tarkett Sports family.
