The idea for an automated cabinetry system emanated from the thought to make cabinet doors that respond to user activity and needs. The new system, named as the world’s first fully-automated cabinetry system, use motors embedded with computers that respond to user activity and needs.
With the simple wave of a hand, the cabinet panels and doors will rise and fall vertically. The same function can be achieved through the use of a wireless touch-screen device. The cabinets can also be integrated with a Lutron lighting control system, and can be programmed to open all the doors at once or individually through preprogramming.
Biometric security system can be incorporated to control access to prescriptions, sharp objects and valuables with fingerprint recognition software. Other features in the automated cabinetry system include a program that enables automatic closing of cabinet doors when people exit the kitchen and drawers that respond to touch. Through intelligent computer memory, the drawers will glide in and out of the cabinet box.
Besides the high-tech automated system integrated into the design, the cabinets feature high quality structure with dovetail joinery, hand staining and hand-carved molding and hood panels. Customized models will also be available integrating the desired specification from customers.
