Geigerman is expected to fortify the company infrastructure to maximize productivity, profitability and employee satisfaction. She will be heading the recruitment process and will contribute to business development.

Geigerman is enriched with more than 15 years of experience. For five years she acted as the vice president at Investors Title Insurance Company.

Presently, she is on the local boards of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). Triangle Business Journal had honored her with 40 Under 40 award.

Geigerman obtained her undergraduate degree in architecture from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
