The new Fournelle range cooker has been designed to blend French style with highest professional standard performance.
The new appliance is available in four models: Fronsac and the Carelle – starting at 100cm; the Lafleur at 120cm; and the 150cm Margaux. All of these models are distinct for robust design and solid doors.
All Fournelle ovens feature ‘stay clean liners’ at the sides, roof and back. The appliance is equipped with ‘Conventional Cooking’ which provides the same cooking style as gas and a fast pre-heat system for faster cooking. The 90cm and 60cm ovens feature nine functions, while the 40cm ovens have four functions and a rotisserie.
The hobs on the Fournelle range includes: La Plancha solid stainless steel hotplate; Le Coup de Feu cooking area made from cast iron; and La Friteuse ƒlectrique thermostatically controlled deep fat fryer. A six-zone induction hob option is available on the 100cm Carelle and Fronsac models.
Britannia Living offers Fournelle in six colour options: stainless steel, cream, burgundy, blue, green and matt black. Prices for the 100cm Carelle start from around £3,599 ($5,743). The Latour hood, featuring a pyramid design, is available in matching sizes and colours, priced from £999 ($1,594). A stainless steel canopy hood is available in matching sizes priced from £899 ($1,434).
