Newly formed Sanford Design group based in Calgary will benefit from the experience and client connections of their former businesses. Most of its customers include government contracts, military bases, oil and gas companies, hotels and schools.
Stuart Bellingham and Gary Sanford are partners in this new venture, in addition to Sanford’s son James, who is the third partner.
The company plans to keep up with latest trends in green kitchens including, shut down exhaust canopies, using ultraviolet rays to polish off grease, and
eco-friednly garbage disposal technqiues.
Sanford Design has several contracts lined up; they are designing the kiosks in Cineplex theatres across Canada, and have completed a kosher kitchen in a Jewish seniors’ home in Winnipeg. They are currently designing a teaching kitchen in a cultural centre in Clyde River on Baffin Island.
