The renovation project starts with Phase I, which includes a new baseball diamond and softball and soccer fields. The baseball and softball fields will feature state-of-the-art playing surfaces, press boxes, batting cages, bullpens, and fan seating, among other spectator amenities.
The soccer fields will be completely renovated with grass turf, FIFA soccer goals, scoreboards, and a viewing area for fans. The field will feature world-class dimensions that will allow for official FIFA games to take place at the college.
The entire project is divided into five phases: an Olympic-style surface eight-lane track, a 12,000 square feet deluxe field house with coach offices, weight room, concession stands, and restrooms, which have been included under the renovation scheme .
