Robert Radomski, vice president, Global Brand Management, Extended-Stay Brands, IHG said, “Until now, guests looking for a midscale extended-stay property didn’t have a hotel to suit their needs, even in the midst of one of the world’s most well traveled markets, with nearly 300 branded hotels. In today’s economy, guests are increasingly looking for the comforts of home at a good value, and with the opening of Candlewood Suites, they now have that option in New York City.
