Phase I of the project, which commenced in 2011, involves refurbishment of 195 main tower guest rooms of the hotel. These rooms have been designed by Therese Virserius Design and now incorporate new customised furniture pieces with sleek lines and warm neutral shades, new carpets, and remodelled bathrooms. The rooms also sport new linen, mini-fridge, lighting and upgraded internet access following the makeover with the king rooms featuring a sofa bed.

The overhauled 195 guestrooms don a muted design scheme highlighting the vivid tones of the tropical landscape. The look is complemented by installation of artistic renderings from local artists in the hotel’s rooms and corridors.

Phase II of the project will include a kosher kitchen for banquets while offering a facelift to the property’s remaining 110 main tower guest rooms, ballrooms and the Condado Lagoon Villas. The improvement works are due to be fully completed by 2012.
