The building, located on nearly one-acre area, spans over an area of 50,194 square feet while covering two floors. It houses a total of 20 units comprising 14 two and six three bedroom units ranging between 870 and 1100 square feet. The units will serve very low to low-income families.

The complex sports a community room, a computer lab room, underground parking lot, and a bridge structure. The facility also imbibes a host of green features such as use of solar power. It incorporates energy-saving appliances and solar voltaic lighting. Further, the design of the landscaping of the complex helps it run low on water consumption.

The project has been funded through several sources. They include the Area Housing Authority, Ventura County HOME funds, and the Moorpark Redevelopment Agency.
