A sustainable choice
Ecophon is actively committed to sustainability and uses glass wool based on more than 70% recycled glass, and without fossil raw materials. Only water-based paints made from safe materials are used, and the products have no added antimicrobial chemicals or formaldehyde.
By converting to the plant-based binder across our product range, sustainability features are vastly upgraded. 24,000 barrels of crude oil are no longer used, reducing emissions accordingly, and making it possible for Ecophon to introduce recycling of all products with the new wool from January 2016.
