The layout and structural architecture of the building has been done by Shea Architects in association with Kamarron Design Incorporation. The design of the building imbibes an urban flavour.
The restaurant at 825 Hennepin Ave. in LaSalle Plaza features classic CRAVE elements including the Grand Sushi Bar, Wine Tower along with VIP chef tables accented with hand-crafted chandeliers created by a New Orleans artisan.
The restaurant will also comprise an expansive rooftop patio and bar that is due to open in the first week of June 2011. The rooftop patio and grill covering an area of 6,500 square feet is slated to be one of the largest in the downtown area. The structure will also incorporate three private dining rooms with a capacity to accommodate 125 people.
The restaurant comprises artisan-created custom tiles made of hand-blown Italian glass and delicate reflective surfaces. It also features delicately-cut velvet European-made booth backs. The bar section incorporates a crocodile-patterned leather floor.
