Under the agreement, Crown Crafts will develop, produce, market and sell an assortment of infant products under the Pampers brand name. Pampers is a trademark of P&G and is the world’s top-selling diaper brand.

Crown Crafts will produce a line of products including infant bedding, blankets, bibs, bath goods and slings. The new product line will be developed by Crown Crafts Infant Products and Hamco, the wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company. These products are expected to be available for distribution by early 2010.

Patrick Kraus, marketing director, North America, Pampers commented that Pampers is evolving from a diaper brand to a true parenting company with products, resources and services intended to help parents to contribute to the healthy development of children.

The infant and toddler products segment of Crown Crafts consists of infant and toddler bedding, bibs, soft goods and accessories.
