Parkland Gardens is being developed at the intersection of Lee Highway and North Glebe Road in the Arlington Neighborhood of Washington.The new community will offer 227 residential units, which will be a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes and loft homes.
The homes will boast of high-end finishes, and will have an open floor plan layout. They will also feature nine-foot ceilings, built-in book cases, crown molding, European-style kitchen cabinets with glass doors, stainless steel appliances and master bathrooms with double vanities.
The residents of Parkland Gardens will also have access to a host of amenities, which include a resort-style pool with a sun deck and private nooks, two courtyards, an outdoor amphitheater with tiered seating and a pet spa.
