The purpose of the renovation was to redevelop the interiors as well as to make the facility more sustainable. Scope of work involves renovation of hotel’s lobby, suites, meeting spaces and fitness centre. The makeover has added a Texas-flavor to the ambience of the hotel.
All the 114 suites have been upgraded with granite counter tops and studies and a communal table has been added to create a cozy ensemble. The guestrooms feature wireless high-speed Internet, 37-inch flat-panel high-definition TVs in the living rooms and 32-inch flat-panel HDTVs in the bedrooms and new air conditioning units. The two-bedroom suites have stainless steel stoves.
The hotel’s meeting room has been re-painted and features new linen-free tables, chairs, carpet, cabinets and a built-in screen for movie watching or video conferencing. The fitness centre has also received a fresh coat of paint, carpets, new high-definition flat-panel TV and water machine along side sophisticated fitness equipment.
